You are welcomed to share your comments and ideas with us, and to discuss topics related to our mission, activities and services.
To ensure that these exchanges remain harmonious, please adhere to the following rules of good conduct:
Courtesy
àVélo will not tolerate any message that contains threats, personal attacks, insults, incites hatred or violence, or constitutes harassment, intimidation or discrimination.
Respect for differences
àVélo does not authorize content that is illegal, inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, offensive, defamatory, hateful, threatening or abusive.
Quality exchanges
For reasons of clarity and quality of information, we have the right to delete advertising and promotional messages or messages promoting causes unrelated to the exchanges. We also reserve the right to hide or delete repetitive messages that are detrimental to the exchanges.
Respect for privacy
Respect the privacy of others by not including any personal information or private conversations in your content.
Policy
Avoid publishing content that promotes or discredits a political party. We do not tolerate attacks on our employees.
Moderation
Our team reserves the right to remove any comment that does not comply with these rules of conduct and to correct any inaccurate or misleading information. If we observe abuse or repeated non-compliance with the rules of conduct, we reserve the right to ban a subscriber from àVélo.
Please use capital letters only at the beginning of sentences or for acronyms.
Watch period and complaints
The watch period is limited to Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on public holidays. To file a formal complaint or make a comment requiring follow-up, please contact our Customer Service Team at 418 627-2511, option 3.
