Express stations are simple: you pick up or drop off your bike at the station as usual, and our field agents take care of emptying and refilling the station as needed.
This guarantees you an available docking spot during periods of high demand. At the end of the peak period, the bicycles that were stored will be returned to stations, until all bicycles have been redistributed.
When the express station icon👤is activated on the app’s map, it means that an agent is currently present at the station.
