What is it?

It's a program for organizations to promote a healthy, active lifestyle among their employees. To participate in the program, you must gather a minimum of 10 subscribers who have access to a professional email address related to your organization’s field.

Who can join?

All public and private organizations in the Greater Quebec City area. All you need is a minimum of 10 employees in your organization to participate.
