Due to the weather alert from Environment Canada, which forecasts possibly 15 to 25 cm of snow, we will proceed with closing the network for more than 24 hours depending on the expected snow accumulation starting Sunday, November 9 at 2:00 PM.
This measure is taken for your safety: no travel will be possible after this time, and the network will remain closed until further notice.

Due to sub-zero temperatures expected overnight and snowfall forecasted, the àVélo service will be temporarily suspended starting at 23:59 PM this Thursday, November 6.
The network will therefore be closed for the entire day of November 7. During this period, bikes will remain locked to their docks and will not be available for use. This measure is taken to ensure user safety, as icy patches may form on the ground.
Given the expected weather conditions over the coming days, the closure may be extended. We will announce the reopening of the service here as soon as possible.
Please note that the season ends on November 15, and no refunds are provided in the event of a temporary network closure due to adverse weather conditions.
Here are the express stations in service during the season extension:
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
A portion of the network will close on Friday, October 31 at 11:59 PM. As of midnight on November 1, you will no longer be able to start a trip at the closed stations. These stations will be gradually disconnected during the night of November 1, and it will also be impossible to return a bike there from that moment on. You will need to consult the interactive map, which will display in real time the availability of open stations during this period, and go to one of these stations to start or end a trip.
As a reminder, 60 stations and 600 bikes will remain accessible between November 1 and 15 in certain neighborhoods with the highest ridership and where a four-season cycling network is available. The Place D'Youville and ULaval – Charles-De Koninck stations will be closed from October 31 until the end of the season. For this last day of the regular season and during the extension period from November 1 to 15, please refer to the interactive map to locate other available stations nearby.

On the occasion of the Marathon Beneva de Québec from October 3 to 5, the following stations will be closed for safety reasons, as they are located directly on the course.
Other stations located near the course will remain accessible to customers, but many of them may not be serviced by our logistics team. During this period, check the interactive map to verify the real-time availability of bikes and docks to plan your trips accordingly.
The Parc des Braves station will be relocated on September 29 to facilitate its connection to the electrical grid. It will be located at the corner of Murray Street, approximately 80 meters east of its current location. A brief service interruption may occur at the station during the relocation. Please consult the interactive map to find its new location and check its availability.
On Friday, September 12, the following stations will not be serviced by our logistics team between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. due to the Québec City Cycling Grand Prix. However, they will remain accessible to customers:

Starting this September 2nd and until October 30th, the ULaval - Charles-De Koninck station will have an express station to facilitate your morning commute to the university campus, Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., except on public holidays.

The Station de la Voile is now back in service.
The Station de la Voile will be temporarily out of service from August 26 due to construction work in the area. The station will reopen as soon as possible and we will keep you informed through this page. The Des Peupliers E. / 4e Avenue station was out of service since June 19. It is now back in service.
The Brown / Père-Marquette station was out of service for a few days. It is now back in service.

The express station at Place Jacques-Cartier will be relocated. After a month of experimentation, our data shows us that the station records nearly as many departures as arrivals during the morning peak, allowing us to reallocate resources elsewhere in the network! The Place Jacques-Cartier station remains in service as usual and we will communicate the location of the new express station soon following our traffic analysis.
