Colder temperatures and shorter daylight hours mean that solar-powered stations, which rely on battery storage, won’t charge sufficiently to operate 24\/7. That is why we have chosen to open primarily electrified stations, with only a few solar stations remaining in service-specifically in areas where demand justifies the more frequent technician interventions they require. If you plan to use \u00e0V\u00e9lo more frequently during this period, the 30-day memberships (30 or 45 minutes) become more affordable than the 24-hour multiple trips pass starting from 2 or 3 consecutive days of use. Note that no credit or carryover of remaining days can be offered on 30-day membership, so it is your responsibility to choose the most advantageous plan based on your needs.
